Get started
Export one itemized Shopify bill CSV from Settings → Billing. Remove non-app lines. In App Spend Guard, choose Import bill, map your columns and confirm the preview. In App ledger enter expected price, currency, usage status, lifecycle dates and owner. Review candidates in Overview, save a decision note and export your monthly packet.
Import help
Use a CSV up to 1 MB, 5,000 rows and 30 columns, with unique headers. App name, invoice date, amount and currency are required. Use YYYY-MM-DD dates and decimal numbers with up to two decimal places, minus for credits. Use a consistent app name to map charges to an existing ledger app. Summary-only billing exports, PDFs and email forwarding are not supported.
Charges after uninstall
Check the service period and when the charge was generated. A previously generated charge may be invoiced after uninstall. Our packet is a vendor support draft, not a refund determination. Shopify and the app vendor control their own charges.
Current availability
The app is in development testing and is not listed in the Shopify App Store. Early audit inquiries are welcome; do not send unredacted billing details. Installation and reminder delivery will be offered after setup and testing are complete.
